Brian's professionalism was the best of any other realtors we had worked with(we had looked at houses with 3 other realtors before him). He stayed informed of local rules and regulations that we had no experience with and was able to be patient with us as we looked to find our perfect house and despite greater than 6 months of looking, he reassured us that we should be patient and not settle. With the market as hot as it is, he never hesitated with after hour and weekend meet ups or phone calls and would adjust his schedule to get us to see a house as soon as possible even with us ultimately looking at houses in 5 different counties up to 2 hours away from him. The house we ended up purchasing he sent us the day it went on the market, we were viewing it within 6 hours of his message and placed an offer that night. He went above and beyond to make us happy and get us the house.

Brian is very efficient and a very hard worker. He did an excellent job of advertising our property and went out of his way to place it in out lying areas, where he knew it would be seen. We appreciated his work ethic and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Brian!
