I trusted she was very knowledgeable about real estate terms and lingo, but she didn't make it hard for me to understand. She was responsive, always available, and offered recommendations. She negotiated much on our behalf that we would not have had. It was a breeze and pleasure to work with her 100%. I could tell she cared, and I really appreciated her showing up to all the meetings.
