My name is Adelicia and live in Northern California and decided to relocate my mother near me to able to take care of her needs so we decided to sell her property in Torrance and buy her a new property near me. Brisa was referred by my agent that helped us buy the new property in my area. We had our intruduction meeting at my mothers house in Torrance, she listened to our situation and was always very connected and understanding to our needs. We always felt she was trustworthy and sincere. We felt very comfortable around her and when we felt discouraged she was always positive and helped us stay strong. This property is a triplex, having tenants and getting them to move is not easy and most buyers want their new property vacant to do any renovation. Brisa got the sale done and kept to her word that it would happen. We want to thank God for helping us find a agent like Brisa. We definitely will recommend Brisa to family and friends.
