Brisa was referred by my agent that helped us buy the new property in my area. We had our intruduction meeting at my mothers house in Torrance, she listened to our situation and was always very connected and understanding to our needs. We always felt she was trustworthy and sincere. We felt very comfortable around her and when we felt discouraged she was always positive and helped us stay strong. This property is a triplex, having tenants and getting them to move is not easy and most buyers want their new property vacant to do any renovation.
