Born and raised in Falls Church and a current Arlington resident, Brittany Lambrechts Camacho has called Northern Virginia home since 1983. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Tulane University, Brittany returned to Northern Virginia soon after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and began her career in real estate. As an award winning Sales Manager in Northern Virginia, Brittany has consistently sold over $20 Million annually. She has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Seller reviewThis was our second transaction with Brittany, and it will certainly not be our last. I have never seen an agent work so diligently. She is 100% responsive and communicative at every step. She is hyper-organized, tracking every action item, question, or loose thread. She is a master negotiator, achieving better and more creative outcomes than I would have thought possible. I would honestly never use anyone else, either to buy or to sell, and I will continue to recommend her to others.

We interviewed three agents and upon meeting her I knew that would be the best fit for us and she proved that every step of the process. She is patient, explains things, is always available and flexible, gives her professional and personal opinion in way that is helpful but not intrusive, negotiated like a champ, made connections to trusted partners to finish the deal, communicated all the steps, reminders etc to get us to close. She is professional, knowledgeable, and most of all has a great personality that makes the process more fun and enjoyable. She worked seven days a week to prepare sophisticated marketing material, including brochures and fliers, employed top-notch photographer to do photoshoots and was willing to show the house at any time during the week. When complications arouse with closing, she fought like a tiger on our behalf, employing methods only a true professional would know. She was trustworthy, helpful and friendly throughout the process. We found her prformance very impressive and would employ her again without hesitation.

Her knowledge of the local market and real estate transactions in general is extensive, and she has developed strategies to make buyers' offers stand out. Brittany was truly available whenever we needed her (I'm not sure she sleeps!), willing to break down every aspect of the transaction to us first-time buyers, and answered all our many questions. She went above and beyond maintaining contact with the listing agent and helping us craft an offer the sellers would want. She provided excellent referals for lenders, title company, and even post-closing contractors, and it's clear those people also fully trust and respect Brittany. She checked in routinely with us, the lender, and the title company to make sure we closed on time. I will recommend her to everyone and would work with her again without hesitation.

She was able to smartly organize the roll-out and sale of our house in such a way that we had over 30 viewings and three offers within 2 weeks. The house was sold a week later. Ms. Camacho came to us with a smart, proven strategy for staging and selling our house, and she provided a long list of contractors to consider. She worked as a solid team member, leaving the staging prep work decisions to us. She'll apologize to you for being neurotic, but let me tell you, her attention to detail is second to none. What a true professional. We knew she had our back, and proved it by fighting for our best deal. She did not fail us. We strongly recommend Brittany Camacho to anyone who is serious about getting the best price for their house in town.
