I had been working with several agents before meeting with Brittany. Brittany was always at the home being shown well in advance before I would get there, and I typically make a point to get there very early. She recommended homes that were precisely what we wanted to look at. She was always available by phone or text when I needed her. I had dedicated to searching for a home for about four solid weeks, so my mind was pretty scrambled in all that I needed to show attention to when looking at the homes. She made professional suggestions about things I had overseen on the walkthroughs, multiple times. She sourced information that was needed to finalize decisions on moving forward. After we moved away, we mostly dealt with Brittany Kelly online or via text and phone. She was very helpful in keeping us updated, and even caught a potential plumbing problem before it could get out of hand. A couple times she helped talk us through our inexperienced nervousness, and she was very gracious in dealing with our fears. And on occasions she was able to recommend some service people who could help fix some unexpected problems. Brittany always returned our phone calls and texts promptly, often before I had a chance to put down my cell phone! Wonderful! When the buyer's loan went through and it looked like we could close quickly, Brittany helped us get all the contracts for signature and notarization. When there was a sudden problem, she helped us with information (the buyer wasn't backing out, the closing would still happen). All in all we were very pleased. And we would highly recommend her services.
