Very helpful with the due diligence by providing contact information and in other ways as well. Brittney has all of these qualities and then some. The secretary at the front desk was also very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I don't recall her name 100% but I believe it started with an "S" Very wonderful and helpful.

From our initial phone call, we knew she had a listening ear for what our goal was and worked diligently to help us achieve what we were searching for. It was not a difficult decision to move forward with her. Brittney made our first time with the home buying process as stress free as possible, was quick to follow up with questions, and made us feel good about having her advocate on our behalf. Whenever we spoke with her we knew she was giving us information and guidance that was in our best interest and never felt pressured to make any decision we were not comfortable with. We loved our experience with her so much, we recommend her to my brother in law and his wife as they begin a search for their first home as well!

Buyer reviewAs an out-of-state buyer, it wasn't always easy for me to get to Sandpoint to view properties. As a result, some were sold before I could get there. Nevertheless, Brittney was always patient, supportive and positive - offering words of encouragement. She was right, I now own my little piece of Idaho heaven. I will use her for my next purchase and have recommended her to my brother and nephew.
