My mother inherited a house in Barboursville and we had no idea how to begin the process of selling it while living in Virginia. He made every effort to meet us quickly despite his family vacation plans. When we met, I was struck by his professionalism, his depth of knowledge about the housing market, and his friendly and accessible demeanor. Brody was honest about issues that might affect the sales price of the house and offered excellent solutions to address some of these issues. He provided the names of individuals who could do some minor repairs and cleaning, and that was invaluable. Perhaps the best testimony of Brody's expertise, though, is the fact that the house sold in four days and above the asking price! Working with Brody Nash has been a positive experience and I can enthusiastically recommend him as an outstanding realtor.
