Brooke Tolleson Ivey is a licensed real estate agent serving the state of Georgia and Alabama. From growing up on a farm in Carroll County and graduating from the University of West Georgia with a bachelor's in Marketing (Go Wolves!), Brooke is truly at home in the West Georgia/East Alabama area.
After seven years of helping people plan the biggest day of their lives in the wedding industry, Brooke decided to transition to helping people make the biggest purchase of their lives: their home. As a fourth-generation realtor, she knows what it takes to buy and sell a home. She also specializes in helping you find a perfect piece of land to build your dream home on!
In her spare time, she enjoys trying out different restaurants with her husband on date night, exploring the great outdoors with their 4 kids, going to country music concerts, and juggling sporting events with the kids.

Seller reviewBrooke handled all of the contract paperwork very fast, she explained things very well, kept me in the loop with negoiating things after inspection was done. When I needed an electrician, plumber, pressure washing company and house cleaner Brooke immediately responded with "on it!". She lined everyone up within minutes!! I had no idea that the agent would be that involved! She made the sell go so smoothly and less stress on me. She was wonderful in negoiating through items the buyer wanted done and keeping it at a minimum. I could not have been anymore pleased with the friendly professionalism that Brooke showed. She was very compassionate knowing I was selling my mother's house after she passed away and that it was an emorional time for me. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and will definately recommend Brooke Tolleson to anyone selling or buying a house!!
