We are new to Michigan so he provided very helpful information about Ann Arbor. His communication skills are excellent and prompt replies were given to all queries. Most of all we felt he cared about us and wanted to do a good job for us.

We felt Bruce was patient and understanding. Above all, we felt he was honest with ideas and opinions. As mentioned, we would use Bruce again.
