THE LAND WAS PRACTICALLY OFF THE MARKET THE DAY IT WAS LISTED AS BRUCE WOOSLEY WAS ABLE TO FIND A BUYER AND A PRICE THAT WELL EXCEED MY EXCEPTIONS FOR THE SALE OF THE LAND. I WOULD EASILY TURN TO HIM AGAIN FOR FUTURE SALES AND PURCHASES OF LAND. VERY WELL DONE. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE PROCESS AS A WHOLE.
