As we went through the process, and Bryan took us from home to home, he listened to us as far as what we were looking for. Bryan was very helpful to us, even suggesting ways to help my daughter sell her home in Michigan. Any time I would request to see another home, Bryan would respond, and within usually 1-2 days, we were looking at it, except the home we bought! We drove by it on our way to another one, and asked Bryan about it. He immediately got on the phone to set up the viewing. No more than the three of us walked into the home, we all knew this was it! Bryan was very quick to submit our offer (we found out at closing there was another offer made, but since Bryan had made our offer "clean", ours was accepted!) Closing went very smooth, with Bryan right there with us, still "holding our hands" making sure our best interest was upheld. Because of all his wonderful treatment of us, he is currently helping my son & daughter-in-law with their home-hunting needs!

Since it was 41 years since we last went through this process, we were a little baffled on a starting point. We had initially made contact with another agent, who my sister used. He was: a) was not friendly, b) wanted to list our house much lower than what Bryan got us, and c) somehow turned my husband off of selling completely! Bryan was referred to us by someone who had just gone through the process himself, a younger person, who is very knowledgeable in the world of finance. Bryan came in, won Bob's respect, gave us pointers on "de-cluttering" and making the house ready for sale. He took beautiful pictures, making our home picture perfect! He went over the offers we received, making sure to explain anything we did not understand. When the inspector found a problem, Bryan worked with us to resolve it. He made the closing process easy. Could have not asked for a better experience. Because of his sensitivity to our needs, Bryan is currently helping my son & daughter-in-law sell their house!
