Having dealt with Bryan Clark previously with my home purchase in Fla in 2017, as well as recommending him to another immediate family member for the purchase of their home here in Florida from Virginia, there was no doubt or lack of trust in any areas. Bryan is very knowledgeable and intuitive, and does not play politics. He answers questions clearly and concisely, provides solid direction and remains focused on getting the job done properly, not just time conscious. He goes out of the way to maintain personal contact so buyer/seller does not feel abandoned or forgotten, which in today's society, happens with a LOT of vendors in a variety of industries. His team is professional, sensitive to the client's needs, creative in his strategies, and does solid problem solving. His knowledge of the market itself, combined with on-going change in trends and services, makes him the best at what he does. To say, " I highly recommend Bryan Clark and his team" just doesn't seem like high enough praise. Take the time to talk to him and you will find one of the best, most professional and sincere, trustworthy, and truly good hearted people around. Any industry administrator who writes "performance reviews" knows that it is almost impossible to rank any employee as exemplary in absolutely every field - the premise being there is always room for improvement. Although I don't disagree that this is predominantly true, Bryan Clark was consistently "excellent" in each of these above listed fields.

Bryan did an outstanding job handling a critical real estate transaction for us: the sale of our primary residence. We had already bought a new home, so we absolutely had to sell our existing home. He researched the market, recommended a competitive asking price, guided us in preparing the property for sale and created a fantastic video and photo presentation of our home. We sold the property within 2 weeks of listing it. We were able to get a very good price and terms. The closing went very smoothly and Bryan also handled the purchase of our new house. We are now moved in and we are very happy with how Bryan handled this big move for us. We highly recommend Bryan for anyone's real estate needs, whether buying selling, investing.
