Bryan worked with us from start to finish in a very professional manner. At times, I felt he went above and beyond what we asked of him. I would recommend him to all our family and friends.
  • Buyer review
Bryan Roach and I worked together for about 2 years. I originally was going to buy a rental and then changed plans to move the the area and live here. We saw A LOT of properties given my changing goals. Bryan Roach is patient, good-humored, genuine and loves what he does. In all phases of the process, I was in excellent hands. He has great communication skills and kept me in focus so I knew what what happening. He even navigated me with a bidding war, what to offer, when to walk away. And the house came back to me. I highly recommend him and had a great experience. We found the perfect house!
  • Buyer review
Bryan was always very professional, and was able to change paths when my wife and I changed from looking at property to buy to buying a storage unit. Always very considerate, and was always making sure we got what we wanted.
  • Buyer review
Bryan is a consummate professional who really cares about his clients. He is very knowledgeable about the market and consistently went above and beyond to help us make the right purchase and feel comfortable in Billings. Bryan is a pleasure to work with, 10/10 recommend him!
  • Buyer review
Bryan Roach was an essential part of our cross-country move to Billings. He was my go-to for so much necessary information and was always available for us. We couldn't have done this long distance without him. He scheduled and attended all inspections since we were unable to be in town, and has given us great referrals for everything we needed for our move and services for our home. We never had to wait when we reached out with questions and he made everything work with our schedule when we were in town. He made what is traditionally an extremely stressful time completely seamless & painless!
  • Seller review
Bryan Roach went above and beyond in so many ways! As trustees of this property and not living locally, it was a difficult process for my sister and me. Bryan walked us through everything every step of the way. His help with shoveling in the winter and mowing the lawn in the spring was invaluable. He constantly kept us apprised of any issues or concerns.
