As a REALTOR® in the Spartanburg, Greenville, and Gaffney areas of South Carolina, I am very passionate and committed to educating, advising, and assisting the public with their real estate needs. I obtained my real estate license in the Spring of 2009 just before graduating from West Florence High School. I graduated college in the Fall of 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Information Management Systems and a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Upstate. In 2012, while still in college, I began selling Real Estate with Century 21 Blackwell and Company, and have since received various awards such as "Multi-Million Dollar Producer" and "Quality Service Producer" for over 7 years. He really took the time to explain things in a way we could understand as first time buyers and the extreme patience he showed when taking us from house to house until we made our final decision. He still continued to be right beside us the entire way through. We really loved the way Bryce treated our family and in the event we decide to sell our current house and buy another, Bryce will be the first person we call!!!!
