Brystal quickly listed our acreage when our local realtor was unable to assist us. She did not hesitate to help us list our home even though it was not located in her region. While our home was located out of her territory, she brought in an offer within 4 days! We loved working with Brystal! She quickly sold our acreage on a tight timeline. Brystal was tremendous in the entire buying process. During this same time we had another agent helping us sell our house in another town and Brystal helped answer questions with that as well. She was always easy to get a hold of and was extremely accommodating. Brystal even helped us clean the house, get organized and decorate. I have never had another agent help as much as Brystal did and she seemed genuinely excited to help us. Brystal was extremely knowledgeable about the local community and helped us negotiate to a price we were very happy with. Brystal made this entire process way easier than it was for us selling our other house with another company. She was very accommodating! Overall, this was one of the smoothest buying processes we have gone though with any purchase, not just a house. The fact that Brystal made this process so painless allowed our family to move in to our beautiful new home and make memories that will last a liftetime. For that, we can never thank Brystal enough! Brystal was extremely helpful when locating a new house. She took the time to understand what we were looking for in a house and was very patient with us as we toured many homes to find the perfect house! I could mention so many positive things about Brystal. I could discuss her knowledge, wisdom, compassion and integrity. I could write about Brystal's optimism, positive attitude and willingness to lend a hand. I could even mention her dashing husband and what he brings to the table as well. There were several times where unexpected roadblocks came up. When Brystal brought them to our attention she also brought two or three options on how to move forward. In my humble opinion, this is one of the best qualities to possess in a real estate agent and this is a strength that comes very naturally for Brystal.
