I was working with a realtor in San Diego who was selling my house and I had a few bumps along the way and had to take a bit of a loss, but Bud made me feel safe and that in itself was the most important thing to me, I would highly recommend him to anyone. He has been a blessing to me. GREAT JOB!! He got me exactly what I was looking for and he was able to get it closed the same time my house in San Diego did, so I was able to move out and into my home quickly.
