Buyer reviewCaitlin Grisier was amazing! My husband and I went into this whole process not knowing a thing about buying a house, but Caitlin helped us through it ever step of the way. We were a little nervous about buying a house since we were 4,000 miles away, but she made it easy for us. Between riding around town to look at houses and sending us video tours of the homes, we felt like we were there seeing the houses ourselves. Overall we had an awesome experience!

Seller reviewWe are so lucky that we found Caitlin Grisier. She is beyond patient and very attentive to each person she works with. We were very busy with our 2 year old and just days before the house went on the market, we had our son. During the process she always checked in to make sure everything was good with us. Before the house went on the market, she put coming soon posts on FB which was awesome because we had several appointments scheduled for the day the listing went live! We had multiple offers the first day and sold the house OVER list price. This was all due to Caitlin's skills as a realtor. She is very personable, professional and caring. We have worked with many realtors over the years and have never worked with someone as awesome as Caitlin before. She even called and interviewed realtors for us at the location we were moving to. She always went above and beyond to help us. If you are looking for a house in the Clarksville area, Caitlin is definitely the best!

Buyer reviewCaitlin went above and beyond! When we first contacted her, we needed to buy a house in less than a month from across the country. Right off the bat, she understood the vision we had for our home and was familiar with quick unplanned military moves. She sent us beautiful listings and gave us video tours of the properties we were interested in. She was very honest and transparent about the good and the bad of each home. We appreciated this so much, since we were unable to be there in person to see the details. In less than one week from our first phone call, we were under contract! Caitlin was a rockstar through the entire process, from quick communication to negotiating last minute details with our builder and even beyond closing. We put all of our trust in her and we couldn't be happier!

Despite being in another country and only having emails and facebook as means to communicate she was able to make the experience easy and enjoyable. She always had time and was always ready to show us houses we were interested in. When we were not physically available, she did video showings and she expressed her honest opinions about the houses and pointed out deficiencies. It made us feel like we were there with her walking through the house and we felt like we could trust her. She was very knowledgeable of the local area and she has a vast network of people and resources. We felt comfortable following her guidance and suggestions when issues came up. She was thorough with explaining things we were unfamiliar of. We would definitely recommend her to families and friends!
