Buyer reviewCaitlin is by far the best realtor we have dealt with. She listened to us and heard everything we needed and wanted in a home. She advocated for us throughout the entire process of buying and never made us feel like what we felt or the questions we asked were dumb. She made us feel extremely comfortable the entire we had contact with her. Her professionalism was exceptional. It didn't matter the time of day, if I texted Caitlin she got back to me in a timely manner.

Caitlin was a wonderful resource to have during the buying process. She took the time to help me understand what all of the steps to buying were, explained any questions that I had, and ensured that the purchase went as smooth as possible. When it came time to sell my home, she worked hard to get my home professionally photographed and listed as "for sale" within days of me reaching out to her. I strongly believe that her recommendations and marketing of my home are what led to several offers being made within days of listing. Caitlin worked very hard throughout the entire sales process to advocate for my needs and maintained quick and clear communication with any changes that were made with scheduling or requests.
