Calvin took the time to understand our requirements and even when we were impressed with a house, he was a voice of reason keeping these requirements clearly in view. Being that we had not gone through this experience for decades, he was quite knowledgeable, and helped us greatly in finding and securing this house.

We stay on budget and did it in a short amount of time with much care and a lot of understanding.
