Cammie has knowledge in all aspects of the real estate process with her start in the banking industry and experience in various departments over a span of 12 years, preceding her success in selling real estate. Buyer reviewOur sellers agent contacted the Ryn Builders buyers agent (Cammie Bigham) to visit a new construction community (Shamrock Glen) in Deer Park. Cammie was available and was on site when we arrived. She is the agent for the new community and was extremely knowledgeable about the homes, floor plans, estimated finish construction dates, etc. we felt very comfortable with her. Cammie is very prompt about returning messages and phone calls, arranging walk throughs with the construction foreman, sending through paperwork, etc. When she finds or hears about something that needs attention, she works on getting this resolved quickly. Cammie has always been easy to approach and easy to talk to. In such a short time, we consider her as a friend and is fun to be around. She makes the effort to listen to and understand what we were looking for in a home. She provided us with excellent customer service. She has always been very professional, resolved issues quickly, and worked hard to provide safe walkthroughs on construction sites. She cares about her clients. In the future, I would recommend to Cammie to any person looking for a confident and reliable agent. Thank you Cammie!!!

Buyer reviewI purchased the property and started the selections for my new home at the beginning of the COVID lockdown, and I lived 6 hours from the property. Cammie was absolutely instrumental in answering my questions, doing video tours of the interior options, and sending photos throughout the process. My lender is in Olympia. The builder in Spokane. Cammie coordinated all the moving pieces without a hitch. This is the fifth home I've had built. Cammie is a standout! I moved in a few days ago and Cammie is still assisting me with questions about warranty and utilities. Above and beyond every step of the way!
