Candace was available even though I called on a weekend and was understanding of my needs and very friendly! I would highly recommend Candace to any family or friend. Candace was patient, understanding and knowledge about the whole process. She was always punctual and always explained any questions we had. It was an easy process thanks to Candace! Candace made us feel at ease and was very knowledgeable about Valley Springs. We are new to the area and didn't know much about the area. Candace has made this whole process smooth and easy I am thankful to Candace for all of her patience, knowledge and understanding!

Dealing with both the sell of our previous home and purchase of a new home was a handful and could have been very overwhelming. However, Candace's knowledge and professional handling of both the sell and purchase kept us at ease. I'm so happy she was by our side to assist in both the sell and purchase. Not only is Candace knowledgeable and professional, but she is also so darn sweet and helpful! She was there any time I needed questions answered or needed to put my anxiety at ease. I was a bit anxious during the process of trying to sell our previous home while waiting for sellers of new home to get back to us, and Candace put in all her efforts to assist in the process and it did not go unnoticed. Oh and not to mention, we have a 7 month old! Knowing that she was giving her all meant the world because there was so much at stake. She was always accessible and responded in a timely manner. She even shared her house phone with me if she wasn't available on her cell. She definitely went the extra mile for us! Candace also forwarded all numbers to get us setup for propane, water, trash, and electricity! This was after the purchase of our new home. She didn't have to that but she did. I would highly recommend Candace to any one looking to sell or purchase their home, or do both! I didn't feel like it was a random person helping us out, it honestly felt like a long time friend was by our side. It means so much to have someone by your side that you can trust when selling or buying a home. This isn't our first time buying and lets just say we've had a horrible experience with a previous broker. Candace was more than we could've asked for as a selling and buying agent, and I can't thank her enough.
