She was always a phone call away, and extremely on top of all paperwork, filings, signatures, etc. She wastes no time getting walk-throughs and inspections scheduled. Everything comes together smoothly when working with Cara, she is in constant communication with her team and clients, and I love that she was able to meet whenever/wherever convenient for me. Once listed, she had several interested parties scheduled within 24 hours, we went into escrow within 48 hours, and closed inside of 21 days!! Amazing work, HIGHLY recommended!
