Cars is very diligent and not only looks at you as a client but she has the ability to build lasting relationships even after the purchase of a home. It is clear to see that when dealing with Cara she genuinely cares and it radiates through her work. Cara listens closely to your needs and does her best to put you into a home and area to best suit the individual. If I am ever in search for another home or anyone I know, I will absolutely refer them to Cara Shamks at Century21 because I know wholeheartedly they would be dealing with one of the best realtor in Northeast Iowa!
