Carey Scheule was an amazing agent. It was great knowing that we didn't have anything to worry about and that Carey was actively overseeing every part of something that we couldn't. We were navigating an 1800 mile move with 4 kids and would have missed important things if Carey wasn't so on top of everything. She worked so hard for us. Her list of professionals was amazing and she got us into our house in 3 weeks. We've bought houses from afar in the past and she made this so much smoother. In the past we've had agents just drop off the planet after a purchase agreement was signed; Carey never did that. She made the whole thing so much less of a headache. She really earned her commission and then some. Carey really knew the area and the market, she gave great advice on putting an offer together and negotiating repairs. We were not familiar with the area or market and relied heavily on her knowledge. Looking at other homes sales in the area, I feel she did a wonderful job, she balanced giving great advice with not being pushy. If we have more real estate dealings we will be calling her back. She was amazing. I really can't say enough nice things about her. She'll be the only one we recommend around here. Good agents are hard to find.

Carey was very knowledgeable and very helpful in recommending a lawyer for closing, a house inspector, termite inspector, and surveyor, prior to purchasing our new home. Carey was not pushy. If I did not respond right away to one of her texts or emails, because I was busy working, she did not pester me. Carey waited for me to respond. She only gave her input, if I asked her opinion.
