Seller reviewCarl is as knowledgeable as any agent could be on home values and likely selling prices, but is able to be realistic about market conditions as they change. He is willing to be frank and honest about expectations without resorting to "blowing smoke up your skirt" to get the listing. In the event I need to sell and/or buy another property in the future, Carl is the only number I will call.

He listens to your goals and needs and incorporates them into a well rounded approach to selling your property. He treats you like your are his only client, leaving no stone unturned along the way, keeping you well informed of the progress. He got us a full price offer in 2 days and closed in 30 days. I don't think it gets any smoother than that.

Buyer reviewI am a disabled veteran with 3 teenagers at home, we had been leasing our current home for 14 years and was informed that our lease was expiring and had about 60 days to locate and move into a new house because our home was being placed onto the market well above our current price range. We notified Carl of our situation and he totally understood our since of urgency in locating a home and completing the closing process before our time ran out at our current property. Carl was able to set up a showing and take us through our new home. Within a day of making an offer on the house Carl gave us the great news that our offer had been accepted. Carl was with us throughout the closing process readily available for our dozens of questions. After closing he was still there for us for any assistance. We are very grateful and happy with the real estate service we received. We are now happy home owners with time to spare to get settled in. Thank you again Carl, The Pickens family.
