I was very nervous buying my first home. I didn't know what to expect and was intimidated by the whole process. Carl made this a wonderful experience for me. He made sure to answer any/all my questions. He never made me feel as if I was "bothering" him by my MANY questions. He reassured me that I was no bother and that he was happy to help me.
