As a first time home buyer, she guided me through the process and was ALWAYS reachable if I had any questions or concerns. Her communication is outstanding and I think that is extremely important. She was very honest and trustworthy. She listens to your needs and what you're looking for, actually listens, and doesn't just hear. I would choose Carla again and again, and will be recommending her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Seller reviewCarla is very professional. She came to my home, gave me suggestions and ideas on things to improve, or "spruce up", prior to the listing. She had multiple showings scheduled right away, and my house was on the market less than 48 hours when I received an excellent offer. Throughout the entire process, Carla explained things to me very clearly and made sure I truly understood everything. She was easily accessable when I had questions, and I felt like I was the only client she had because she was so attentive and truly worked for me. As a seller, Carla definitely had my best interests in mind and made sure I got the best deal for my sale. I know that as a buyer, she would also work hard for me to find the best home. Carla is amazing and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in Northwest Indiana.

Seller reviewLet me start with this... Having a knowledgeable, experienced agent SHOULD be your top priority when selecting who to use. In a time where it seems like everyone is doing real estate you still need to sift thru to find someone who TRULY knows what is going on, how to write purchase agreements etc. to protect you. Carla is 100% this and more!! She had my property under contract within three days. She went above and beyond! After a buyer fault, the previous buyer fell thru. She was diligent to get it re-listed within MINUTES of finding this out. Within just a few days, we had another buyer. I had a million questions along the way, day or night she was attentive and answered all my questions or concerns. Closing went smooth and easy, Carla is truly the best around. Highly recommend
