Buyer reviewI met with 2 other brokers prior to deciding on Carla. Carla was the only one who took the time to sit down with me and hear my objectives prior to going out and looking at properties. I appreciated her taking the time to do that. In this crazy year, I struggled with even buying property right now, Carla was patient and respectful of my process. She keyed in very quickly on what worked for me at a detailed level and was able to show me properties that were well aligned with my goals. In then end, she found one that I just could not resist, it is perfect for me. I enjoyed working with her and will definitely seek her out the next time that I buy property. I will also recommend her without hesitation to all my friends and family.

Since the sale commitment came about very quickly after the home went on the market, it was such a good feeling to know that it was sold by such a responsible realtor. I was very satisfied with how Carla Jourdan handled all the aspects of selling our home up to and including the closing.

She was an amazing realtor in helping us find the perfect place in such a short time. No matter what day it was Carla had such an uplifting personality. My husband can be hard to deal with if he is tired and; Carla Joirdan handled him with such grace. She was always smiling and in a great mood. I just can't say enough on what a great job I felt she did. I was just truly satisfied with her knowledge and how she handled all the issues. I will recommend Carla Jourdan to anyone I know that would be looking for a realtor in the future. .

I know she is very knowledgeable of the area I was interested in and was very patient with my many questions as a first time home buyer. Carla is a true professional. She is just a genuinely nice person. She was very sensitive to the distressing situation I was in that warranted me buying a house. She remembered every detail and was quick to respond to emails/ texts. She was planned ahead to avoid problems and she did a great job explaining everything. Carla made this entire process very easy and stress free! I would wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone I know!
