Actually Carla had numerous buyers hooked immediately (and I do mean the same day it was listed) numerous offers for the asking price and a sale above the asking price within just a FEW SHORT DAYS. She noticed a few things that needed attention before we listed it that I had overlooked and the home was sale ready when listed.
