Seller reviewCarla Seroka is a phenomenal individual and excellent to work with. She is very knowledgeable of the housing market and was able to sell our house quickly. She was able to use her connections to advertise our house across multiple social media outlets. Carla is a very friendly and outgoing person and she made the home selling process very easy and stress free. This is our fourth time with Carla to either buy or sale a home. And all four times have always been great as Carla always going above and beyond our expectations. If we decide to buy or sale another house, Carla will be our realtor. She is definitely our "go-to" realator for our housing needs. Carla is honest, trustworthy, and determined to accomplish your housing needs. And best of all, my wife and I have made life long friends with Carla and her husband, Brian.

Carla Seroka is at the top of a very short list of my most professional and responsive real estate agents. She listened to all my concerns and found the perfect property for my retirement years. I live in AZ while the property is in TN, so we bought this home entirely sight unseen. Carla was my eyes on the ground from making the offer to closing the deal. She was always in front of every issue with the best solutions that quickly and completely resolved the problems, frequently before I was even aware of the problems. Carla found technicians, contractors and specialists that quickly resolved every issue to make sure our home inspection was accurate and our appraisal value right on the mark. I did not see this home until well after closing, but I am completely satisfied with Carla Seroka's representation and professional performance for me. She found my dream home!

Buyer reviewI would highly recommend Carla Seroka as an agent. Carla has a good and positive attitude and is very knowledgable about the area. She took me around to many different properties in different towns/cities that were far from each other, but never acted impatient about the amount of driving. Carla was also very patient with me when I was not sure whether or not I liked a property, and did not pressure me to decide. I was from out of state and she made the experience easy and less stressful for me by working with my schedule. I appreciate all the effort she put in to finding me a property that I am very happy with.
