Seller reviewOur agent was without a doubt the best one we've ever had and we've sold and bought 8 homes. None were as difficult to sell as the "cottage" and believe me, without Carla Stokes, we would either still have the cottage, have put a match to it or thrown our hands up in disbelief due to another county gov rule. Our agent went to bat for us multiple times by meeting with gov agencies to clarify new rules, she met with companies and got estimates on drilling a new well, drain field estimates, plat maps, boundaries, new rulings by flood insurance companies while keeping us informed while dealing with all sorts of complications.
