Seller reviewI could not have asked for a better agent. From start to finish Carlos negotiated the best price possible. When the appraiser came it was EXACTLY the maximum amount that I could sell the house for. He recommended the best lawyer to handle all of the paperwork, so it was definitely worth it. Even when it came to smaller stuff like sweeping the house before final inspection, Carlos was not afraid to get his hands dirty. The entire process was so smooth. I highly recommend Carlos for any home that you need to sell.
