I had selected him from the list because of his local knowledge, professional manner in which he calculated the potential of my property, his keen listening, and his friendly demeanor. He was also forward looking with his price calculation based on the upcoming busy summer season. He was thorough in his preparation of the listing, and made sure I got text messages every time there was a showing which gave me an idea of how much interest there was in the property. Once the negotiations with potential buyers began within a week of listing, he listened carefully to my opinion and gave his take on it very directly and honestly. This helped in speeding up the eventual sale of the property, sooner than I had expected. I would recommend Carlos to anyone in the Grand Prairie area for his knowledge, work ethic, expeditiousness and straightforwardness.
