We worked with Carly Plourde before in the purchase of our first home. Carly was wonderful to work with initially and we had no doubt about using her again for the sale and purchase of our new home. Carly's the Best! I needed lots of hand-holding and she was there for me. Her enthusiasm is her greatest asset. My house was only on the market for six days before we had a buy-sell agreement. Carly provided expert guidance and advice in getting me a good price. When we had hail damage prior to closing that threatened the deal, Carly was there to recommend good repair contractors and to act as liaison for getting things back on track. I couldn't have asked for better help throughout the process.
