Seller reviewHaving interviewed other brokers prior to selecting Carlyn, I realized that it was of upmost importance for me to have someone with a high degree of honesty/integrity and not a bunch of lip service like other Cedar City brokers. I knew my house would sell itself and just needed to have someone as assertive as Carlyn partner with me to get them there. In less than 48 hours we had multiple offers and closed in less than 2 weeks. This is my second deal with Carlyn and plan on many more in the near future.

While it took some time to sell and at one point we wanted to remove it from the market, Carylyn encouraged us to stay on thru the winter season. We are sure glad we did because a buyer emerged.
