She even sent a thank you card in the mail after she first met with us. It was little things like that-that made us happy to have her as our realtor. I also want to add that I was very impressed with Carlyn's work ethic. I could tell from the beginning that she would work hard for us and she proved that throughout the process. I also liked the fact that she went to bat for us constantly against a buyer who wasn't the easiest to work with. She made them put everything in writing and always cleared up any mis-communications from the buyer promptly and professionally.
