The staging was, over the top, since it provided venues for prospective buyers. In fact, the venues were idea makers for buyers. The Open House was a helpful and well thought-out event which spread the word about the property. Postcards, posters, newspaper ads, and in-person visits, with potential buyers, created community interest. Finally, the eye-catching multiple listings services in two different areas was one more way that brought interest. This property had multiple offers! Carmen is recommended because she creates a plan for each property using the style of the property, the location, and the buyer audience.
