Buyer reviewI retained Carmen's services to find a new home the fall of 2021. As everyone aware may know that was a CRAZY time in the real estate market! As a buyer, I was severely disadvantaged. Carmen was very diligent, communicative, timely and knowledgeable during my search. After a number of failed negotiations, she found a property that met all of my needs and worked very hard to land it. I truly believe that if it wasn't for Carmen I would not have landed my new home. Her negotiations with the seller's realtor made all the difference.
