I have been a real estate agent for more than 17 years. I exemplify hard work, understanding, dedication, and honesty. I am happily living in Naperville for over 20 years, where my husband Michael and I raised our three children: two daughters and a son. Our family moved to Naperville from Chicago to raise our children in the suburbs. In October 2016, we welcomed our first granddaughter; in December 2018, we welcomed our second granddaughter; and in November 2023, we welcomed our Grandson. What makes me a dedicated real estate agent? My exceptional customer service, listening to the customer's needs, tireless hard work, putting customer needs first, and being primarily ethical are all about my customers, not me. Buyer reviewCarmen stayed the course! My requirements were many and she did not once lose patience or lower her standard of supreme customer service. I cancelled two bids and Carmen continued her loyalty to me and kept searching for the perfect home for me. In the end she found my ideal property that checked 95% of my home boxes! Carmen works with a high-level of integrity. Carmen was knowledgeable, informative, communicative, responsive, trustworthy and assertive during the entire home buying process! Her recommendations and referrals were on point when it came to home repairs, housekeepers, pest control, and solid advice regarding the entire home buying experience. I love this realtor - After working w Carmen, I feel as close to her as my other girlfriends and we met as total strangers - that's how sincere, kind, and supportive she was, especially on those days when I was feeling discouraged! She is "top shelf!" I highly recommend Carmen and will no doubt use her again!

Seller reviewCarmen's communication, dedication and compassion is second to none. I have used Carmen twice now (once to buy and once to sell). About a year ago I reached out to her to let her know I was getting ready to sell, but I was unsure when it would be. We kept in touch during that time and Carmen would periodically check in on me. Not once did she make me feel pressured. It was all about when I was ready. Well fast forward to August '23 and within 3 days of contacting Carmen we had my house on the market. Less than three days later I already had accepted an offer. She knows what to do and how to get the most out of your house. I highly recommend Carmen for both buying and selling. She gets the job done all while making sure YOU are taken care of.
