Seller reviewMy selection of a broker was to see how aggressive that person is, such as the initial time it took to respond to me. The knowledge of the area and very little about that person's sales record. I have had realtor's that brag about their sales record, when I hear that I'm ready to end the call, maybe they sell that many homes because they convince the seller to sell low, which as the seller that response is not in my favor. Follow through is very important, Carol did an excellent job with staying in touch. Very satisfied with her efforts and highly recommend her.
