Seller reviewCarol Mundell is quite efficient and her knowledge of the area around Plaza Promenade is extensive. She is fair minded and easy to work with. She is prompt in her communication and cheerful. In the times of pandemic, we relied on her more so to do in dealing digitally since we are living near Chicago, IL. She is indeed an awesome realtor. My daughter Amy was living in the Condo before sale. She had completed her residency at UCSD and was moving to Boston for fellowship. Carol Mundell was very sensitive to her time and made sure that Amy was safe during the process. Carol cares about her clients and was easy to trust her. The open house started only after my daughter left for Boston. Buyer reviewCarol Mundell and her team will work hard for you and your real estate purchase or sale. She represented me during the sale of my condo and purchase of my new property. She understands the business, keeps up on current laws, looks out for unknowns, and stays on top of the transaction process to ensure deadlines are met. Carol was also very patient when taking me to many houses in different neighborhoods throughout San Diego while I made my decision on where my new home would be. It was exhausting for me, but I think Carol enjoys it! It was a long process from start to finish to say the least and I was glad to have her in my corner.
