We came to know of Carol through the personal flyers she sent us over a period of several years due to us owning a home in the area. She would provide helpful information in these whether it be updates on market values or helpful homeowner tips/maintenance check list - we actually really appreciated these and when the time came we knew Carol would be one of the realtors we would be considering. We found that Carol is a very warm and friendly person along with being very professional. We felt so at ease working with her, felt we could trust her implicitly to represent our best interests. She is very knowledgeable and her efforts with marketing, including holding an open house, helped to move this home quickly. This is was our first time selling a house and Carol made it an easy and smooth process.

So glad we chose Carol, she was really easy to work with and encouraging and fun. I especially loved what she did with marketing the property and the descriptions she included for the photos of the property. I really love that it had a 3D walkthrough and that she marketed it so effectively and quickly and on so many platforms.
