She is fun, energetic and made us feel like our sale was her top priority. We did hit some speed bumps along the way, but her guidance and support made it stress free. Buyer reviewMy wife Lee and I have collectively purchased 6 properties over the years, but none in a market as fiercely competitive as what we experienced with this house hunt. We moved to the Fox cities from the Chicago area and I doubt we could have had a better guide for this market than Caroline. Her knowledge of the local markets, her attention to the details of what we wanted in a new home, and her experience were invaluable. And, may we add, she has the patience of a saint. Without exaggeration, Lee and I viewed at least 100 properties during our 11 month search, and during that quest, Caroline was without fail, championing us the entire time. She asked what we liked, didn't like, and wanted with each house we viewed. She brought to our attention properties that we might have missed, and each time they were what we were looking for. Despite being outbid 8 times, Caroline was empathetic and truly disappointed for us. It was with our 9th offer (Success!!) that her experience and savvy negotiation skills came through. We believe it was her guidance that sealed the deal for us. We couldn't be happier with Caroline's knowledge, service, and expertise.
