Seller reviewWorking with Caroline makes me feel like I am her only client. She always answers when I call or if unavailable she calls back very quickly. Even on the weekends, late at night, she is always pleasant and patient, happy to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. I don't know how I would have survived the simultaneous sale of our old house and purchase of our new house without her.

We'd never been through the home buying experience before and were definitely scared, but Caroline was kind and understanding throughout the entire journey and as first time home buyers, she didn't annoyed with our ignorance to the process. She made a point of letting us know that she was committed to being with us from beginning to end and always promptly responded as well as anticipated our needs. She always followed up, ensured we were comfortable, asked tough questions on our behalf, and made us feel like we were her only clients. Buyer reviewI wouldn't work with anyone other than Caroline to buy or sell properties. She helped us buy our first home. Five years later, she helped us sell it and then helped us find our next perfect home. We are so happy that we have had the opportunity to work with her on these important life decisions. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. We never felt pressured to buy any home despite having seen what felt like a hundred homes in 2017. In buying our most recent home, she was like a pitbull making sure that the seller did what was asked and assuring our closing went smoothly. Seller reviewCaroline went out of her way, to take care of every aspect of selling this house. Since I am out of state, she made several trips to meet workers to facilitate repairs being taken care of for me. I would recommend Caroline to anyone I knew selling in that area.

Seller reviewCaroline Lobevero was excellent in all aspects of selling our house. She was available anytime to answer any questions we had about selling the property. She had numerous open houses and offered suggestions to help the property sell. She was good at negotiating with potential buyers but not too pushy. She was on top of meeting deadlines and filing addendums to extend deadlines due to hurricane. We also used Caroline in purchasing our new house as well, and was able to show us multiple houses in one day making sure to have necessary printouts with house information. She was able to provide comps on properties that we showed an interest to. She was excellent in negotiating a good deal when purchasing our new house. I would highly recommend Caroline as a realtor for my friends and family.
