She's handled so many details, from contracts to home inspections, home repair experts, pest control, temporary living arrangements for my family, etc... She knows the area so well, and apparently everybody living in it! ;>) She's become not just our realtor, but our friend. I wouldn't think of using another realtor to buy or sell in the Kinston area.
