Once we were in contract she went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed to take care of the problem, she did not quit until we had a solution. We will be recommending her to all of our family and friends.

Carolyn worked through all of their red tape, advised us in the negotiation, and was helpful with recommending and working with contractors to get repairs done with our home.
