I appreciated how she kept our needs in mind when formulating the contract, and kept us from making mistakes we would have regretted along the way. My husband and I got into a neighborhood that was not originally on our radar but she helped us vet it based on our needs. We are very happy with the location. She was such a pleasure to work with!

Seller reviewCarolyn Wolfe was our agent in sales/buys many times and we were please with her help. This is our last rental house in Houston. We moved away from Houston already. The tenant ran away without locking up. But Carolyn helped in all possible ways, from going to the property to lock up to finding a cash buyer quickly/closing the sale remotely for us. There were minor difficulties due to long-distance communications. But all in all, things went smoothly. My wife and I recommend Carolyn because she was helpful, careful, and trustworthy.
