Her knowledge of the area and living in the resort was very helpful to help our buying experience almost flawless and certainly less stressful. We live out of state so having a process that works where we did not have to travel back and forth for closing was also great. Carrie was with us every step of the way providing resources for home inspectors, to local contractors in the area and not to mention everything we needed to set up utilities. Could not have asked for more! We will us Carrie Alessi again if needed and recommend her to our family and friends.
