Seller reviewCarrie Henry was so patient and always got back to me when I had questions. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable she is and how she kept me informed as soon as she had information. This was an apartment sale and she was so good with keeping in touch with the tenant when there was a showing and did her best to not bother her unless necessary as this was a duplex so prospective buyers could see the vacant side. She is so thoughtful and if we ever decide to sell the house we're living in she will be whom I call!!

She is very responsive and was flexible with my work schedule through the entire process. Carrie was there with me every step of the way from the initial walk through to the transfer of keys at closing. She made buying my first home a very smooth process and was extremely enjoyable to work with!

Seller reviewCarrie went far beyond my expectations. She took a personal interest in the success of my endeavor to sell my dad's trailer home as fast as possible. She was very clear about all steps of the process, and there were no surprises. I was prepared to pay another month of lot fees to the community, but she was able to close the sale before the payment was due. The amount of work she must have done figuring out the legal hurdles to not having a title for the trailer home is staggering. I paid the minimum commission of $2000 on a $5000 sale (at my request to sell it fast), and it was worth every penny.
