Carrie Riley was highly recommended by our son who recently moved from Florida to Tennessee. She went above and beyond helping my son and also us to navigate a purchase from out of state. We had some issues involved in the purchase of our new home. It involved a lot of communication, time and research. To begin with, the seller of our new home lived in a different country so the process began with hurdles. Our agent, Carrie Riley, went above and beyond for us.She negotiated us a very good deal on a wonderful home. Ms. Riley sacrificed her own personal time to assist us in the moving process which she did not have to commit to. She is on the spot, very thorough, honest and will answer any questions you have. If she does not know the answer, she will follow up on it at her earliest convenience. Like I said, best of the best!

We were searching Zillow and found a house that we wanted to see so, I requested an agent. Within a few minutes Carrie called and immediately set up a showing with our availability. We absolutely loved her, she's so sweet and helpful. She kept our needs and wants in mind at all times. She explained everything very well and used language we could understand. Carrie always answered quickly and explained it so I understood. If she didn't know about something, she would find out almost immediately. I was never left confused. Her communication is outstanding. Carrie treated me like family. She was always so sweet and always made time for anything we needed. My overall experience went so smooth because of Carrie. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we were terrified going into this. But, as soon as we met Carrie she made it so easy and walked us through every step of the way. I felt like she was always in it for us. I can't begin to thank her for how wonderful she was and how easy of a process she made home buying. We wouldn't have found our dream home if it wasn't for her and we can't recommend her enough.
